At New Wealth, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality credit education and repair services that deliver real value. However, because we provide digital products and services that involve labor, time, and the execution of processes on your behalf, we have the following refund policy in place:
- Initial Setup Fees:
All initial setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated and/or the client has been provided access to their client portal and credit audit report.
- Monthly Service Fees:
Monthly service fees are billed in arrears for services rendered the prior month. As such, we do not issue refunds for monthly services already performed. Clients may cancel future services at any time with written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
- Client Responsibility:
It is the client’s responsibility to maintain communication with our team and provide all necessary documentation in a timely manner to support the credit repair process.
- Results Not Guaranteed:
While we follow all legal and ethical best practices in the credit repair industry, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Each client’s credit profile and results may vary depending on their individual situation.
